Today, observe yourself, your thoughts, and what you say (beware of any negative self-talk and immediately correct it). Be very intentional with what you say. Our words are how we create our story. Create new experiences; try taking a different driving route, or take a different fitness class, or choose a new recipe to cook. Look for ways you can create more fun and new positive thoughts.
