AIReal® Yoga
Using a looped hammock that swivels freely on a single point, AIReal Yoga allows you to deepen your stretch, correct your alignment and safely perform inversions without compressing the spine. The hammock supports your balance while safely guiding you into postures you never thought possible. This class is beneficial for beginners or advanced students.
For all AIReal Yoga classes, please remove jewelry and hair clips to avoid rips in the hammock fabric.
V-Fit Barre BootyBarre Booty combines elements of V-Fit Barre Cardio and Barre Sculpt to specifically target the hips, legs and of course, the booty. Using some props and incorporating light cardio to maximize the booty sculpting benefits.

V-Fit Barre SculptFeel the burn as you tone and tighten your body from every angle. V-Fit Barre Sculpt combines standing barre work with the use of resistance bands, balls, gliders and other props to improve muscle strength and endurance while toning your arms, legs, glutes and abs.

V-Fit Barre CardioA fast paced, high energy, low impact class using only light weights and the barre. V-Fit BARRE Cardio will get your heart rate pumping and sweat dripping in no time with the help of upbeat music and dance based movements.

No dance experience required. Shoes are not worn in Barre. We recommend wearing Toe Sox to provide extra grip and pressure against the floor. Don't forget your water... you will work up a sweat.
Wheels & WeightsA V-FIT Favorite! This workout is the perfect combo of cycling on the Spin Bikes and Strength Training for an amazing, total body workout. High energy cardio and muscle sculpting weight work allow you to really do it all in one class.

Spin Spin SpinWhether you're training for a race or riding for fun, focus, fitness, wellness, or weight loss you'll love the energy and camaraderie of this group ride. Burn major calories while spinning to heart pumping tunes for 45 minutes!!

Spin & StretchEnjoy a great 40 minute ride...followed by a 20 minute cool down, with a deep stretching session to lengthen the muscles and open up the heart. It's a perfect blend of cardio and restorative stretching... and a lovely way to round out the week.

We like to wear spin shoes in spin classes to get a more balanced ride. So if you've got 'em, wear 'em.

Regardless of age or fitness level, TRX ® meets you where you are and takes you where you want go. It is highly recommended that you take a TRX fundamentals class with us to learn proper techniques and to help you get the most out of your workout. We offer this class periodically. V-HIITV-HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) conditions the heart and improves the metabolic function of the body. This 45- minute class begins with a dynamic warm-up then moves into timed periods of intense, heart-thumping cardio bursts followed by rest and recovery periods. Use this class to breakthrough plateaus, up your game or optimize your time. Seriously, it can be a game changer!

Power UpPower Up is a strength training class for increasing muscle mass and lowering body fat. Instructors give detailed instruction on proper form to help you get the most out of every exercise, and improve your overall strength, balance and flexibility.
All levels are welcome. This is a challenging workout with lots of options so that you get the workout your body needs at a level that is right for you!! |
Power HourPower Hour is an intense, total-body toning, heart-pumping workout. This class emphasizes functional training methods to ensure a well-balanced, healthy body focusing on core strength, cardio bursts, balance, and flexibility to blast calories and improve day to day functional activities.
This class is designed for intermediate to advanced students and requires approval from a V-Fit instructor prior to attendance. |

Start your day centered, stretched, and invigorated! We begin the class with slow, limbering asanas to wake up the body before moving into our Vinyasa, which builds heat, strength, and power. Appropriate for all levels.

Restorative yoga is a deeply therapeutic and relaxing practice. Our classes center body and mind through gentle movement. Postures are held longer while your body is supported by props, allowing you deeper levels of access and release.

Mat PilatesDevelop strength, flexibility, stability, agility, balance, a long, lean look and a graceful quality of movement. Pilates is a safe, effective way to work out and can be adapted to meet individual needs and challenges. Mat classes include a wide variety of Pilates exercises performed on a cushioned mat.

YogalatesExplore your mind-body connection and enjoy this fusion class featuring Pilates-based, core-centric mat exercises combined with muscle-lengthening yoga asanas. Super fun fusion class with a focus on abdominal strength, balance, alignment and flexibility. You will leave feeling lighter and brighter!!
