V-Fit BarreA full body workout from mind to toes! Not only will you work on sculpting the entire body, you will stretch and lengthen while getting your heart rate up with a few killer cardio bursts. You will need a chair, a mat and optional small 2-4lb. weights.

Mat PilatesPilates in three words is “strength, flexibility and control”. This is a full body workout focusing on your deep core muscles, stabilizers of pelvis and shoulder girdle to improve your posture, while lengthening and streamlining your entire body.

YogalatesExplore your mind-body connection and enjoy this fusion class featuring Pilates-based core-centric mat exercises combined with muscle-lengthening yoga asanas. Super fun fusion class with a focus on abdominal strength, balance, alignment and flexibility. You will feel lighter and brighter.

Total Body StrengthLet’s keeping moving our bodies…..together. Using primarily body weight, we will target the whole body to strengthen and increase range of motion. You will feel oh so good after this class. Lots of options for lots of fitness levels. Of course, if you have weights at home you can use them.

Cardio-based workouts can feel more challenging, but they are necessary to balance your fitness routine.
These classes will boost your metabolism and leave you feeling accomplished and more energized.
All levels are welcome; go at your own pace in the comfort of your own home. Weights are always optional.

Strength & CardioThis is a heart-pumping cardio-based 45 min class to let all that stress go! Cardio Intervals interspersed with body weight strength building exercises. A great class to get sweaty and release tension! Options will be given for all levels and if you have weights at home, they can be used.

Cardio & CoreLots of sitting can mean lots of slouching, which can turn into aches and pains. Prevent pains with a focus on strengthening your entire core and moving your spine 360º. Included are all-level cardio intervals to provide a complete workout in just 45 minutes. A mat, blanket or carpet is nice for cushion

Yoga FlowStart you day centered, stretched, and invigorated! We begin the class with slow, limbering asanas to wake up the body before moving into our Vinyasa, which builds heat, strength, and power. Appropriate for all levels.

Restorative YogaRestorative Yoga is a deeply therapeutic and relaxing practice. This class will center your body and mind through gentle movements. Postures are held longer with pillows and blankets used as props, allowing you deeper levels of breath work to release tension and stress.

Restorative Body WorkJoin us for an hour on our mats to renew, balance and restore our bodies for the week ahead. Through gentle movement, breathing, and theta brain wave music you are able relax and dive deeper into restorative states to find inner peace.

2. Download Zoom to your streaming device
3. You will receive an email 15 mins before class with your Zoom link to join the workout
4. Join the meeting and set up your workout space
5. Enjoy your class!
Unable to make a class or need a different time?
If you sign up for a class but later realize you are unable to take the class, we'll send you a link to receive the recording of what you missed. All zoom class recordings are available for only 24 hours so be sure to check your emails for the link.
